Innocent Rosie - Innocent Rosie (Demo)
This 5-track demo from Innocent Rosie is a very pleasant surprise. The band has the look, sound and song writing ability to become another comet the Sleaze scene. Innocent Rosie plays Sleaze rock straight off the 80´s Hollywood scene. The opening song Taste N´Luck could have been on 80 percent of all records released in the period of 1988-1991. Just like most of today's sleaze bands innocent Rosie hails from Sweden.

Vocalist O'Shannahan sounds similar to Andy Pierce from Swedish Sleaze kings Nasty Idols. His vocals ignite Shakedown Rebel, which is driven by crunchy guitars. The harmonica gives the song a bluesy cowboy feel alike Poison´s Poor Boy blues.

Don´t Drag Me Down is straight ahead old school Rock N´Roll with bar-piano and harmonica.

The acoustic driven ballad Just Cry and Never Look back reminds me of Tyla and Dogs D´amour.

The EP ends with the highlight party rocker Downtown. Guitarist Skid LaRusso is all over the song with licks and tricks.

25 minutes of pure sleaze wrapped up in a good production for a demo. Innocent Rosie has just signed a deal with Swedmetal Records and their debut is much anticipated after this EP.
