Crazy Lixx - Loud Minority
The history of Crazy Lixx dates back to 2002. RevelationZ Magazine has followed the band since their first single Do or Die.

The Do or Die single got them a deal wi1th Swedmetal Records. Swedmetal label roster includes Nasty Idols and Innocent Rosie. Crazy Lixx´s first release on Swedmetal Records was Heroes are Forever which got yours truly to praise Crazy Lixx as one of the best hidden secrets in Sweden.

In Sweden the Sleaze and Glam scene has exploded with hair spray and eyeliner. Crazy Lixx is neither Glam nor Sleaze. The debut album "Loud Minority" is a full blown 80´s hard rock record very alike Danger Danger "Screw it".

Hell or high water opens the album in 80's party Rock style with gang vocals and big on-the-floor drums. Dr Hollywood could easily have been a tune off Hardline "Double Eclipse". The change between acoustic and electric guitars culminate for the catchy chorus.

The first single Want it is a catchy tune based around a golden chorus. The album highlight is Make ends meet. Singer Danny Rexon's vocals are passionate for the verse and for the chorus he switches mode to "big rock voice".

Vic Zino is a gifted guitar player. He shows off on the 2 re-recordings of Do or Die and Death Row. Heroes are forever is also included on the album and overall Crazy Lixx has made one of the best records of 2007.

The guitar sound is great and the backing vocals are well produced. Chris Laney is once again responsible for the production. Crazy Lixx can only thank themselves for a successful record, because of solid songwriting

If Crazy Lixx continues to stay focused they have everything going for them to become the next big thing on the Swedish and European Rock scene.
