Crank County Daredevils - Livin´ in the Red
Just by looking at the artwork I knew this probably would be right up my alley. This 4 piece band has attitude and when I put in the disc I wasn't let down, since the rawest Sleaze rock I ever heard blew out the speakers

Crank County Daredevils plays nasty Sleaze Rock, but rough and dirty in the vein of Mötörhead. All songs are high octane rockers with gritty vocals from singer Scotty P, who sounds straight out of the gutter.

Crank County Daredevils plays their raw sleaze very trustworthy helped by their tattooed look. The album prevails because its quite refreshing with a heavy dose of pure honest Sleaze Rock. The album is simple, straight forward with all 9 songs being raw and sleazy.

However, the album hasn't captured me totally mainly because the album lacks a stand out tracks. On the other side the album is consistent and despite any real highlights something keeps dragging me back to "Livin' in the Red".

If you're looking for no-bullshit, straight-up, sleazy rock without too much punk influences, this is a great record. I for one love it.
