Nuclear Valdez is based in Florida, but the members have roots in Cuba and The Dominican Republic. Their Latin background mixed with guitar driven rock resulted in a fantastic debut album entitled "I Am I".
The follow up "Dream Another Dream" was different from the debut. On the album the band worked towards creating moods with more complicated song structures and the use of drum programming. However, the album was (and still is) very strong and has strong melodic songs like Share a Little Shelter, Dance where the Bullets Fly, Dream another dream and the timeless anti-love song I think I Fell.
11 years after the release of "Dream another Dream" Nuclear Valdez is finally back with Dan Ceratelli replacing Jorge Barcala as guitarist. The album "In a minute all could Change" was released in late 2002 and it's a fantastic album in the vein of the first album equal melodic guitar rock with amazing vocals from Fro Sosa.
