The Answer - Eveyday Demons
The Irish retro rockers are back with the anticipated - but also important - album number two following the success of the debut album "Rise".

The Answer once again fires off good time Rock N' Roll founded on 70's blues based Rock. "Everyday Demons" is a tad more varied compared to its predecessor, which certainly is a good thing. This kind of Rock N' Roll can get limited unless you push the boundaries like Led Zeppelin did.

The Answer has established themselves as a solid Rock N' Roll band with "Everyday Demons". The album's playing time of 46 cements that old fashioned Rock N' Roll still sounds fresh and not outdated.

Even though The Answer wears their influences on their sleeve they succeed in making some true Answer gems in Too Far Gone, which proves Cormac Neeson is a great Rock N' Roll shouter with a expressive voice. The bluesy and bouncy Cry Out is the album's highlight along with Tonight.

This kind of music needs to be heard in a live setting performed LOUD and with a nice cold brew in hand. The Answer has been special guest on AC/DC's North American tour and continues as special guests on the sold-out European "Black Ice" tour.

"Everyday Demons" certainly sparks interest in the band and leaves high expectations for the band on stage. Sadly I missed The Answer on Sweden Rock festival 2007, but will look forward to the upcoming "Black Ice" shows in Dublin, Ireland and Copenhagen, Denmark. See you there!
