Danger - First Touch
"First Touch" is the new promotional EP from Danger. Its only been a few months since I reviewed  "California Red/Shove it Up your Azz", but Danger is productive. The first 3 songs on "First Touch" are brand new ones. First Touch is a fast paced Rock N' Roller, while Miss Money is pure Bubble gum Glam Rock in the vein of Pretty Boy Floyd. The song that really proves musical growth is Hey You, which has the best melody line.

The other 3 songs are oldies. The track California Red was released in April 2007. Shove it and the bonus track On the Run are taken from Danger's fourth demo "Shove It Up Your Azz", which was released in September 2007. Shove It is a bit primitive, but On The Run is a straight ahead sleazy Glam rocker.

I am very surprised to see that the best song on "Shove it Up your Azz" Diamond Lightz being neglected. However, that only underlines that Danger now has a strong batch of songs and should be ready to take the next step towards a full album release.

Despite being a promotional EP you can order the Ep via Danger's website www.danger.se
The production is superb and Jess Kind is a strong vocalist.
