Teenage Casket Company - Dial it Up
Teenage Casket Company has earned their Rock N' Roll spurs by constant gigging prior to releasing their debut album and afterwards to support the album. Their debut "Dial it Up" was released in 2005 on their own label.

The music is rooted in 80´s Glam/Hard Rock, but "Dial it Up" is best described as fine melodic power rock. The material is up-beat, energetic, unpretentious and hook filled. Teenage Casket Company also flirts with punk on Story of My Life.

Lead singer and main song writer Rob Wylde has penned a bunch of captivating songs, where 3 of his compositions stand out.

Down on Luck is the catchiest song and the song you should start out with. The melody line gets you hooked immediately and it's one of those songs that you hum after fist listen. The chord progression for the up-tempo Bad Girl hits bull's eye and sounds like a future party anthem.

Teenage Casket Company hails from Nottingham, England. However, the moody Beautiful sounds like an American radio hit.

Rob Wylde´s voice is smooth and while he doesn't sound that powerful his voice has got a special tone. Teenage Casket Company has flair for melody and no matter what song you choose on "Dial it Up", the melody is the most important factor.

"Dial it Up" comes off as a breath of fresh air. So far the record has turned around 15-20 times and it still grows.

In 2006 the band released an EP and hopefully a review is to follow soon.
