AC/DC - High Voltage Rock N' Roll in its purest form. Some of these classic songs seem essential to the whole Rock identity.
Allen - Lande - The Battle Magnus Karlsson is really the one to be credited here. What an amazing collection of thrilling songs, and the vocals are a godsend if anybody were in doubt.
Bon Jovi - Have A Nice Day Absolutely brilliant. Melodic rock of the finest and most catchy kind.
Control Denied - The Fragile Art Of Existence Aggressive, thoughtful, progressive, advanced. The mere delivery is breathtaking by all means.
Edguy - Super Heroes A nice little warm up for next years Rocket Ride. The title track is a funny little rocker and the rest of the material has a decent standard too.
Fates Warning - Parallels Talk about thick atmospheres. A difficult album to get into but it will be rewarded. Anti stressful, intelligent and indulgent.
Gotthard - Lipservice In your face Hard Rock shining with catchy melodies, splendid raw vocals and great hooks.
Helloween - Keeper Of The Seven Keys - The Legacy The title is an obligation in itself and I think they get away with it pretty well, even though it's not an exceptional album. Some songs don't really offer as much as could be wished for, but you'll find plenty of cool melodies and powerful structures within the two discs.
Ray Wilson - Change A beautiful and compelling piece of Melodic Rock. His warm voice creates warm, inviting and totally awesome moods.
Sworn - Visionary Control Their debut album and even though some corners needs to be sharpened it's a fairly good effort. Raw Metal with a symphonic twist.
Tribuzy - Execution A very well executed Heavy Metal album with some progressive twists. The vast range of guests as Michael Kiske and Bruce Dickinson gives it that something extra.
U.D.O. - Mission No. X Some memorable songs make this yet another solid U.D.O. disc, being a bit static at times.
X-Japan - Jealousy Finally I visited E-bay to check this band out. Strange and different are words that come to mind, but also advanced and ingenious. Sometimes it gets a bit too weird but most of this album offers intelligent, catchy and immensely expressive music.
