Thursday, April 21, 2005 - King Diamond vocal problems | Some disturbing King Diamond news from www.bravewords.com:
King Diamond suffered more vocal problems in New York last night as the legend was performing at BB Kings for the second night in a row. His first show on Tuesday (19th) was "rough" in terms of vocals according to BW&BK sources. Prior to last night's performance, King hit the stage before the show and told the crowd, "Anybody who wants a refund can do so as I won't be able to do the falsetto tonight." The show's promoter comes on and says the same, although most fans stay. The King Diamond set was quite different and the band were joined by a female vocalist in the wings (visible, not highlighted) who handled all the high parts while King struggled through an abbreviated set. More news on King Diamond's condition as it develops. |
