| Wednesday, January 15, 2003 - In Flames nominations | In Flames are nominated in 2 categories for "Rockbjörnen", it's Aftonbladets (Swedens biggest newspaper) music price. And this is the people's choice, the readers have nominated everybody. And the coolest thing is that they are the only metal band that is nominated, it's mainly pop acts! Best album and best group of the year! This is bigtime! No metal band has been nominated since Europe 1986... :)
The gala is gonna be the 27th of January and In Flames will open the whole event! Plus it will be broadcasted on TV! I may add that the Grammy Awards will NOT be broadcasted on TV this year, so this is the big thing.
They are also nominated for P3 Gold, National radio music price and Manifest, an alternative price |
