Monday, October 10, 2005 - Drangonforce announce new album | Following a hugely successful summer and autumn, during which the 18 month campaign in support of their Sonic Firestorm album has seen them wowing festival crowds around Europe before returning to the UK to play yet another sell out tour, London based metallistsDragonforce have just completed work on their eagerly anticipated third album.
Inhuman Rampage contains eight brand new songs and will be released on 9th January 2006. The album recording sessions were made at Thin Ice Studios in Virginia Water (Surrey) and guitarist Herman Li's own studio in West London between April and September, while production duties were shared between Li, fellow axeman Sam Totman and keyboard player Vadim Pruzhanov.
When asked to comment on the new album, Li stated:
"On the new album we have come up with the ultimate formula that has never been done before. Combining intensity, chaos and melody, with all the DragonForce trademarks plus some more. For us, this is the next evolution in DragonForce's sound. I have never heard an album sounding like 'Inhuman Rampage'....the title says it all! It's seriously gonna blow some heads off around the world next year."
The full tracklisting of Inhuman Rampage is as follows:
1. Through The Fire And Flames
2. Revolution Deathsquad
3. Storming The Burning Fields
