Ted Poley - Smile Friday, November 23, 2007 A great album, to me better than Collateral Damage. I agree with your review 8/10 is fair
Adrian Smith and Project (ASaP) - Silver and Gold Wednesday, November 21, 2007 Don't look for Maiden here, the more I listen this record likes me more and more... in some ways it reminds me Steve Jones' Fire and Gasoline... good work Mr Smith.
Journey - Generations Wednesday, November 21, 2007 Well guys I guess everybody miss the mid eighty's journey albums but after listening Steve Augeri's era I understand that styles and times changes. Even Trial By Fire was a little bit hard to understand (even with Perry) to me, but I always take somthing right in every Journey album. This one (Generations) is not the best, ok, but, with Toto's Falling In Between same feeling, I think that they don't have lost their way. it's a matter of take the right time to listen it and then you'll find great tunes here. I'd rate this one 7/10 (excuse me Alanna)
Krokus - Hellraiser Wednesday, November 21, 2007 I admit that my favourite is 2003 Rock The Block album but this one isn't too far. A lot of bands are changing and their sound is getting more complicate to understand nowadays but it's a matter of listening. It's pure heavy rock with traces of AC/DC. An underrated group that gives a good alternative to Young brother's band.
7,5 even 8 to me.
