Wednesday, February 4, 2004 - Evil Masquerade signs with Frontiers
Press release from Frontiers Records:

Frontiers Records is pleased to announce the signing of the Danish brand new metal sensation Evil Masquerade

The band is brainchild of guitar shredder Henrik Flyman (ex Moahni Moahna, Zool, Wuthering Heights) who brought the concept of this new band after more and more frequent nightmares in his sleep. After some time music and strange symphonies started to occur, until he finally found the perfect partner in the original Royal Hunt vocalist Henrik Brockmann.

The two jammed together and quickly gave birth to the songs that now appear on the debut cd entitled "Welcome to The Show".

The album will include the following eleven tracks:

Intro (Ride of the Valkyries/Grand Opening)
Welcome To The Show
The Wind Will Rise
Oh Harlequin
Surprises In The Dark
But You Were Smiling.
Children Of The Light
Lucy The Evil
Badinerie (bonus track)
Deliver Us
Evil Masquerade

The line-up of Evil Masquerade is completed by Dennis Buhl (Sinphonia) on drums and by Kasper Gram (Wuthering Heights, Manticora) on bass guitar. Mats Olausson (Yngwie Malmsteen), André Andersen (Royal Hunt) and Richard Andersson (Majestic, Time Requiem, Space Odyssey) guested on keyboards.

Evil Masquerade's debut cd "Welcome To The Show" is a unique slice of melodic and neo-classic symphonic metal with a strong emphasis on theatrical arrangements. The album will be released in Europe on April 5th 2004 on Frontiers Records.
