Wednesday, April 1, 2009 - Tim 'Ripper' Owens Announces Live Lineup For Summer Shows In Support Of New Solo Album | Tim "Ripper" Owens will release of his first solo album, Play My Game, on the following dates:
Germany / Austria / Switzerland: May 15th UK / rest of Europe: May 18th USA / Canada: May 19th
Owens checks in with the following update:
"Just wanted to confirm to everyone that I will be playing at the 2009 Sweden Rock (scheduled for June 3rd - 6th in Sölvesborg, Sweden), and I'm really looking forward to it!! This will be my first show promoting my solo CD that comes out in May.
I also wanted to say I have put together a lineup of great musicians and friends to do these summer shows with me: Chris Caffery (guitar - Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Savatage), John Comprix (Guitar - Beyond Fear, Ringworm) Dave Ellefson (Bass - F5, Ex-Megadeth), Simon Wright (Drums - Dio, Ac/Dc, Rhino Bucket).
