Sunday, May 15, 2005 - Symphony X added to GiganTour
Here is a an announcement from Dave Mustaine on this summer's GiganTour:

"Droogies!

I am honored to announce that the fantastic group Symphony X has confirmed to join us for Gigantour this summer in the US.

I am triple stoked, and I know you will be too. This is a great opportunity for both Megadeth and Symphony X fans to discover each other. AND they come highly recommended by Mike Portnoy and the Drover brothers.

I would like to personally thank the lads in Symphony X for pushing the recording of their new record back in order to support my dreamchild of Gigantour. I look forward to meeting Mike Romeo and his crew and treating them better than they have ever been treated on any tour they have done."

Confirmed bands are Megadeth, Dream Theater, Fear Factory, Nevermore, Dillinger Escape Plan, Symphony X and Dry Kill Logic.
