Saturday, September 4, 2004 - Freedom Call enter the studio to record Circle of Life | The long wait has finally come to an end. Freedom Call have entered the studio about two weeks ago to record their new album with the work title Circle Of Life. Drum recordings took place in Kai Hansen's Hansen Studio in Hamburg (Germany), all other recordings will be made in Nuremberg. There will be 11 new songs on the album. In general you could say that Freedom Call have stayed true to their style, even if you should be ready for some surprises. All the things Freedom Call ever represented will be in there, like fast melodic speed-anthems, progressive arrangements, ballad parts, but also modern elements. The album will be mixed by Sascha Paeth, who you surely know of his work with Rhapsody and Heaven's Gate. If everything works out fine, release is planned for January/February 2005. There is also a tour planned following the release. |
