Wednesday, March 30, 2011 - Blaze Bayley Parts Ways With Band | Blaze Bayley (Wolfsbane, ex-Iron Maiden) has issued the following update:
"Due to financial and medical reasons I've been forced to part ways with the band. I will give a full statement in the next few days about my future plans.
I hope that all my fans will keep on supporting me in my further projects. The English dates will be postponed to December but the festivals in Germany, Sweden, Lithuania and the show in Istanbul will definitely proceed!" |

Comments: 166 | | Sad to here. Blaze found himself a group of excellent musicians only to split up due to unfortunate circumstances. I am sure the financial problems started with SPV. Then running things under his own label is a risk as well. Though I am puzzled about the medical reasons. I was unaware of any health issues (though I would guess that is a private issue). Hope he get well.
