Thursday, February 24, 2011 - Katana Sign To Listenable Records
Listenable Records has announced the signing of Swedish heavy metal band Katanta. According to a press release, the group "delivers a show that is 100 percent pure adrenaline and will take the audience straight back to the golden age of the early 80's.

The music of Katana heavily influenced by bands like Iron Maiden, Judas Priest and Accept . The band definitely shows that the genre is more alive than ever and their newly recorded debut album, 'Heads Will Roll', will set a new standard for what classic heavy metal is supposed to sound like in 2011."

"Heads Will Roll" entered the official Swedish sales chart at No. 42 and the metal chart at No. 3 the first week of its release.
