| Thursday, February 21, 2008 - The Quireboys In London Mixing New Album | The Quireboys have issued the following update:
"The band are currently in London mixing the album at Good Luck studios with Mark Wallis who has worked with TRAVIS and U2 and also worked on The Quireboys 'Bitter Sweet And Twisted'.... they expect to finish by the end of next week."
The band's new studio effort, entitled Homewreckers & Heartbreakers, is tentatively due out in April.
The Quireboys' vocalist Spike and guitarist Griff are currently collaborating with EMI Records, helping to compile The Best Of The Quireboys. This will be a double CD of material from the band's EMI-era recordings. It will contain many previously unreleased tracks and rarities, due for release this April at a budget price. |
