| Tuesday, January 28, 2003 - Praying Mantis news | Almost three years after the successful European release of the "Nowhere toHide" album, still today regarded as their overall best, out of a careerspanning over 20 years, the Mantis are back with a brand new studio releaseentitled "The Journey Never Ends".
The album - contrary to what previously announced - features not one but twolead singers: JOHN SLOMAN (ex Uriah Heep, Lone Star and Gary Moore) andDOUGIE WHITE (ex Rainbow and currently with Yngwie Malmsteen) who has already played and toured with Mantis in the past years.
Still the trademark of the Mantis sound is there featuring intense and passionate hooklines, intriguing guitarwork and epic melodies.
Frontiers Records is aiming to a late April release. More details to be announced shortly. |
