Tuesday, May 8, 2007 - Trans-Siberian Orchestra album news | BW&BK caught up with SAVATAGE founder / TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA co-founder Jon Oliva on April 17th to discuss the new JON OLIVA'S PAIN album, Maniacal Renderings, and his future plans. Oliva offered the following comments on the long awaited new TSO album, Night Castle:
"I'm actually fucking everything up right now because I made them have to take three weeks off," says Oliva. "We started the actual recordings for Night Castle two days before I left to go on tour. I was in the studio at 4:00am on the morning I had to leave. I left the studio, went home, grabbed my suitcase and flew to Europe. I'm getting home on a Sunday afternoon and I'm in the studio Monday. Night Castle will be coming out right around Christmas."
