| Friday, December 29, 2006 - Timo Kotipelto name new album | Timo Kotipelto has set Serenity as the title of his third solo album, tentatively due out in early 2007 via his own label, High And Loud Records. The CD was recorded at Sonic Pump Studios in Helsinki, Finland and was mixed by Mikko Karmila. A video for the album's first single, 'Sleep Well', has been posted online here.
Recently commenting on the song, Timo stated, "The song will be in a Finnish movie, Vares 2, which will have it's premiere January 12th 2007. The song is a main theme and can be heard when the credits are scrolling at the end of the movie. The music video includes clips from the movie. Some of the actors who are playing the characters on these clips are my personal friends and are very well known in Finland." |
