We got the following bit of news from Inside Out...

Progressive rock and metal fans will be in seventh heaven when they realize who makes up this new all star release. This highly anticipated project showcases guitarist Jim Matheos (Fates Warning), keyboardist Kevin More (Ex-Dream Theater/Chroma Key) and drummer Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater, Transatlantic).
