| Tuesday, July 25, 2006 - Vicious Rumors to release new album in October | Vicious Rumors have changed the projected title of their new album to "Warball" from the previously announced "Sonic Rebellion". The CD was recorded at Trident Studios in Pacheco, CA by Juan Oretga and includes guitarists Brad Gillis and Thaen Rassmussen. The group's first CD with new vocalist James Rivera is being described as "a darker and more aggressive version" of the band's classic "Digital Dictator" album . An October relase via Mascot Records is expected. A European tour with Agent Steel will follow in March 2007.
Vicious Rumors' current lineup includes Gillis, Rivera, drummer Larry Howe, guitarist Geoff Thorpe, and bassist Dave Starr. |
