My guess is that someone in the band is doing the vocals. Carl Cadden-James maybe?
I do know that DC Cooper will be singing on one song on the new album.

I am not sure what to think of this. Last Christmas they were working on the new matterial. Perhaps some vocal tracks from the Demo's were already done by Baker.
