Now Playing: Robby Valentine - Robby Valentine (Japanese Edition)
Judging from my first impression this debut meets my high expectations after the amazing discovery that was, The Magic Infinity. This is not as refined, slightly overproduced and overly emotional in a candid, romantic way, but all these things play up to the overblown fashion that cloaks the music, and I can easily forgive slight missteps, when everything is delivered, as straight from the heart, and with as much passion, as is the case here. If you like this approach, then this is a melodic rock gem worth hunting down.

Songs like The Magic Breeze, The Gift of Life, Over and Over Again and the cover version of one of my favorite Beatles songs, Here, There and Everywhere are current favorites. Sweet!
